In general this hair dryer doing his job well, and it's very good value for it's price.
Real dual voltage, BUT only when you reading the manual, you can see that when switched from 125 Volt to 250 V, you can use the dryer only at LOW heat level !!!
thus I gave only 3 stars to this product.
