This camera has wide range of functions. What was important to me it has "Fish mode" that makes automatic color corrections for underwater photos. A a result - correct colors for underwater photos.

I lost the power charger for this camera, how much are they or can I just use battery
You can use any USB cable with proper connector and connect it to any charger with USB output.

can you take video as well as photos? can you upload them to youtube or computer?
Yes, you can. This camera has WiFi - you can upload photos and videos directly from camera.

Do you have to have a separate antenna for every tv in the house? Or can one antenna be hooked up to 3 different televisions?
That depends on the level of the signal.
If signal is really strong you might be able to get a good picture on multiple TVs.
Just keep in mind that every extra connector between TV and antenna lowers signal level. So, if you have several splitters on the way from antenna and TV you might need to by another antenna.
This antenna does not come with amplifier.

Can this be attached to existing cable coming into house? Thereby working on all the connected to cable inside?
Yes, it can be attached to the cable that is coming into the house. However please keep in mind this antenna does not have amplifier, thus every splitter or extra connector between antenna and a TV can lower the signal level. I am using it (and having a good quality of the picture and 20 channels approximately) with 1 TV and 3 intermediate connectors between antenna and a TV:
1 - where antenna connected to the cable coming into the house.
2 - connector that connects incoming cable to the wall mount connector
3 - connector that connects wall mount outlet to the TV.
