I'd say buy it if you're a steelbook collector and you desperately want to have Star Wars on blu ray. Other than that, it's single disc with the only special feature being commentary. This is the updated version of the movie. Not the original theatrical cut that everyone is still waiting on. Digital download is not included.

As the Star Wars prequels were slowly getting better with each new episode, Episode 2 was definitely somewhere in the middle for me personally. I won't get into a review of the movie though. This steelbook is awesome. The content is pretty bland though. 1 blu ray with no extras besides the basic commentary. If you're a collector of steelbooks, this is a definite must have. If you're a huge fan of extras and behind the scenes material, i'd pass. No digital download btw. That's how stripped down these steelbooks are.

This is the Star Wars blu ray release that we've been waiting for. The steelbook is beautiful. Kylo Ren on the front and Captain Phasma on the back. Unlike the Bestbuy steelbooks for the previous movies, with the Force Awakens you get 3 discs (1 dvd, 1 blu ray, 1 extras dvd). Also, a digital copy to take wherever you want. I highly recommend this, especially if you collect steelbooks. Beautiful picture and sound. There's nothing more to really add to this.

This was my favorite movie of the prequels. It had some redeemable things about it. I feel like if the earlier movies kept this tone, then things would have been better for the trilogy, but that's just my opinion.
As for this purchase, it's a pretty average single disc set. This is a stripped down and basic feature presentation. There are no special feaures on this disc, just commentary. The movie itself is in great HD quality. The steel book is one of my favorites though. While General Grievous wasn't a big deal as a villan, he is kind of mysterious and menacing looking. If you're are a fan of steel books and willing to sacrifice special features, this is for you. Personally, i prefer the steel books as opposed to the trilogy boxsets.

No so special features...boring.

I chose to go with the individual steelbooks for my Star Wars video collection instead of the boxsets. They look much better on my shelf as individual episodes, but that's my personal taste. While this particular steelbook is beautiful with Darth Maul on the front and the Episode 1 poster on the back, i must warn you that this is a stripped down blu ray set. There are no special features on this disc. While the picture looks fantstic in 1080p, it lacks all of the fun behind the scenes stuff that i personally enjoy. It's a huge disappointment in that regard. There's only one disc and it's the main feature (the movie). I'd say go with this if you are willing to sacrifice the fun extras like i did. I kind of regret it, but then again, i don't because the steelbooks look so amazing.

This was one of my favorite shows growing up. Gumby and Pokie and friends were always the highlight of my day. This boxset is awesome. 22 episodes on 2 discs and 220 minutes of awesome claymation goodness. And yes, there are some nice extras included on this fully remastered set. Also included in this set is a fully posable Gumby figure. It really doesn't get any better than this.
