I had bought a couple of other bluetooth speakers that work well for smaller areas only, as the volume didn't get very loud. This one is PERFECT for when I'm grilling out, sitting on the grill island and is the only speaker I need for movie night outside using my projector and large screen. I bought this thinking it would help cut down on the time it takes to do my daughter's hair for show choir, based on the description and reviews I had read. (which also includes MANY Youtube videos watching other's do reviews) Even using much smaller sections of hair, it still took much longer than the claims, to curl each section. There was no difference in how long it took to curl her hair using this compared to a typical curling iron, and the curls were significantly bigger. It's also very bulky and not something that she can use on her own. It's fun to "play" with for a normal day, but when really needed and counted on, it leaves a lot to be desired. I would definitely NOT recommend it if you have something specific you need it for, but for a night out or just for the heck of it and you have the time, it'd be fine. Most definitely NOT worth $200 by any stretch of the imagination, but for $40 that I got it for, it was a better deal.

Ok, I really only bought this because of the Deal of the Day, but it really gets used a LOT! I most often use it when outside grilling and have a couple of times used it w/my projector. The sound is amazingly clear and I love it for when I need to do conference calls for work. My boss can't even tell that I'm using this vs just talking into my phone. Glad I bought it!

I bought 2 of these at different times, for use w/our new Playstation. It works well w/the PS and does what it says it does. I love that the microphone can be retracted, which lessens the chance of it getting broken (which is highly likely at times w/the kids!). One has even used it when talking on her phone, and it's worked great. No real complaints other than they say it gets a bit uncomfortable.

I bought these specifically for my home office as well as the family desktop. I'm able to plug in what I need to and love the USB ports on it. Thanks to that, I was able to eliminate several items that needed to be plugged into the outlets, thus giving me more room for the other things I need plugged in. I've been able to go from having to use multiple outlets to just having this plugged into 1 outlet, and it covers everything! While there has been no outages yet, I have some peace of mind using this.

So far works really well

I bought this for my 11 1/2yr old and so far it works really well and has been pretty accurate. She pays closer attention to her activity and LOVES to see her pass her goal. Oftentimes she'll surpass it 2-3x and it just makes her day. The band it comes w/is way too small and we have not gotten the XL in this style, so we've been using a different band for it. She occasionally has issues w/it leaving marks or an irritation on her wrist, so we really need to get the XL band to see if that helps.

Not so great any more

I really liked my GF2 when I got it to replace my Microsoft band. However, there are several issues and now a new problem. It is not accurate in counting "floors" at all, and often tells me that I've walked 300+ flts of stairs. Um, not even close, yet when I walk up an actual flt of stairs, it does NOT count that. Still, it's been useful and accurate in counting my steps. My recent issue is that it was on the charging dock to obviously charge, and it did NOTHING. When I checked it, the entire thing froze up. It took me almost 30mins to get it to turn off and back on again, then it rebooted itself. Fine, it looked like it was working, so I put it back on the charging dock. 15mins later and it hadn't even charged 1%! I've been fighting w/it for well over an hour and it's finally starting to slowly charge. I never had any issues w/my Microsoft Band, but I think I'm going to have to find another tracker now. I've had pretty good luck w/Samsung across many items (phones, stove, etc), so this was really disappointing. At this point, I would not be able to recommend it.

Was our 1st time purchasing this brand and most likely the last, at least for my husband. From immediately out of the box, it kept freezing up and was unusable. We installed Office on it and couldn't do anything. Tried to go online and it would show the browser was loading...indefinitely. We had to do hard shut downs every time it was turned on. Took it back and were told it was a manufacturing malfunction. Decided that we'd just go back to a brand we'd had good experience w/before. Was a total waste.
