Do not use for Iphone 6 plus

I bought this item and had to return it back to best buy to get the adapter with the bit of chord attached to it.
I felt this item put undo stress on the lightning port on my iphone 6 plus. The connection was not solid, it was wobbly.
Also this adapter would not work with my Fiance's iphone 5s with an otterbox case.
