Story seemed raw & gritty. Reminiscent of Peckinpaw if he had the freedom to be a bit darker. Talent ranged from ok to fantastuc. I felt the anguish that Russell portrayed most vividly.
A bigger budget could have made it a major motion picture with some Oscar buzz. As it stands, very good just not enough money.
