Sharp enough, but slow auto-focus

My first use of this new lens was taking some indoor photos at a college graduation ceremony. While I appreciate the compact sized lens on a compact sized camera, getting focus on distant objects/people isn't so easy compared to a full size camera with a standard grip. My previous camera, a Nikon D800 with a Tamron 70-200 lens could lock focus at least 4x faster - but it's a totally unfair comparison.
In time, I'll improve my technique, but I wish I had tried Sony's 18-200 lens. If it is noticeably faster to auto-focus, I think it would be worth the extra cost. If it's not any better, than the 55-210 is definitely the way to go. The shots that turned out, turned out great!

I used this enclosure to clone a HDD to an SSD. If your computer has a USB3.0, this enclosure is really a time-saver. The old hard drive found a home in there and it's a MUCH better option than just using a bare cable to make a transfer (static, bumps and drops, etc). It also came with a mini screwdriver. I thought it was a nice touch. My only complaint is that the price is a little high.

This is my third Samsung SSD. I installed Samsung's software, placed the new SSD in a USB3.0 enclosure, and let it run. It took just over an hour for the process to complete for this 250gb drive. I swapped out the drives, pressed the power button, and I was in business. A+ experience.

While I already owned one Samsung SSD, I wasn't familiar with the Samsung Data Migration software that came with it. While I loved the speed of that drive, I had a poor experience with the transfer using third-party software. This time, I installed Samsung's software, placed the new SSD in a USB3.0 enclosure, and let it run. It took just over two hours for the process to complete. I swapped out the drives, pressed the power button, and I was in business. Never knew it could be this easy - and YES it is Windows 10 friendly. I was so happy about the experience (and the new lower price!), that I bought another Samsung drive for a different computer. A+ experience.
