I was happy this did turn on all my gear. I figured the projector would be tough. I'm having trouble getting he input on my audio processor to select the right input. It isn't simple to just add that I guess. I'm still working on echo integration.

4K discs are spotty

I have not watched this one yet. That is because I've been spending weeks trying to get any hdr content too look right on my projector. The colors are just weird. Maybe on a tv is is better.

I can't seem to get this player to run Netflix through my emotive processor. So I had to connect it directly to the second input of my projector. That works, but the hdr content is a pain. One shoe will switch over to hdr, but it doesn't switch back. I can't seem to find decent numbers to make anything in hdr look good. Regular blue ray seems to have more consistent colors thsn 4K.

Really nice outdoor speakers

I wanted to upgrade from my old nose 151. These are a lot better. To get decent bass I needed to mount them to the bricks sort of low. After that they were solid.
But still nowhere near the Klipsch self powered Bluetooth bookshelf speakers I also recently bought.

I'm not sure 4k is the way yet. On my projector, the blue ray looks better. I need to tune it up. I hear that is when the source thinks there is an HDR signal, but there really is not, or it doesn't pass. I'll try it on my 4k TV.

I own a property that is rented out weekly, with new renters each week. With Sonos speakers, can my renters just download the Sonos app and set up their own user name and password, and play their own music? Or will they need access to my Sonos account?
If they figured out how to link their SONOS phone app to your speaker, they would not nee your account. I have a SONOS connect at home, and a SONOS play 1 at my condo. The SONOS app just picks up whatever system it sees. The link process is not difficult, but I suspect a renter woud not want to do that. leaving an iPod touch already linked would be easier if the renters did not take it when they left.
