I know they had said they where putting a new battle system. I didn't go with a closed mindset going in I promise I gave it a shot. The new battle system is garbage it plays like an action game rather than an rpg. It's basically a hack and slash. And at that it's super easy. You can literally hit R2 and square and destroy anything even bosses are cake. Story wise it doesn't disappoint but the game is too repetitive and too easy got bored real quick

I saw that this game was one of the best all of 2017 but still kept away from it. I thought I wouldn't like the combat system but it was good. The main thing people don't like about this game is that you have to play through it more than once but the play throughs are different. If you haven't tried it, it's a good story. I personally liked it more than horizon zero Dawn

I can't say it's good or bad I mean imagine it does what it says and for 10 bucks not bad. I have a iPod touch 5 generation or something like that and it has the lighting adapter. Now I bought the cable because my headphone jack messed up(stupid iPod). And it doesn't recognize the cable when I plug it in so to me it's useless.

In this game I am on both side of the coins. I can understand the people that don't like the game because it gets really repetitive. All the missions are basically the same just run or teleport to a new quest and wash rinse repeat. It's nothing ground breaking in terms of gameplay it's certainly not the best game in the market right now. And it's too easy even on the highest difficultly it's just to easy no penalty for losing same amount of enemies. And even in the beginning when you don't have much stuff I just breezed through it. It has beautiful graphics and a marvelous story. And just overall a good game I just got bored of it rather quickly. If I had to I would buy it again it's a little too short and too easy but worth the first playthrough.

So many times a game comes along and you wait and you read 50 reviews from 50 different sites instead of just buying and playing the game yourself. Now if the game is too short I would rather just read a couple reviews and maybe not that or if it's absolutely flawed. But with nioh you don't get that at all. It's very hard but below average hardcore gamers but you can power through if you learn the combos and the ki system. This game is getting picked apart that if it's better that souls or Bloodborne I say just let it be it's a good game very good game.
