This is a great small screen TV. 19" Samsung. Tremendous picture, and good sound for such a small package. After owning one for a week, I went back to Best Buy and bought an exact double for another location in my house. Very satisfied with the TV. Very Unsatisfied with Samsung's lack of instructions on how to access the DVD/HDMI input devices. One call to Samsung solved it all, but it was such an easy solution I could NOT see why Samsung didn't include this important information in the set-up and use instructions. It was not intuitive and there were no On Screen prompts. But it is a very easy 3 key process from the remote. Now that I know Samsung's "logic circuit" I wouldn't hesitate to buy a bigger screen TV from them.

What's great about it: Picture, sound, compact size, Energy Savings. 15Watts.
What's not so great: Poor/Inadequate/Missing Instructions on how to access DVD player/HDMI Devices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great backup drive for Mac

This is a great little backup drive for Mac. Excellent price and formatted for Mac right out of the box. All of these portable drives should have an on-off switch, but few do. Only ones I've seen are the Mercury drives from OWC.....also formatted for Mac.
What's great about it: Plug & Play. Compact and sleek.
What's not so great: Should have an on/off switch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you view DVD;s on it?
Yes, absolutely. There is a 3 key process from the remote, that is easy to do, but not intuitive, You may have to call Samsung for the Instructions. I could not find them in the included setup info. Samsung was pleasant and quick. An easy call. Don't let this prevent You from buying this TV.

Can this TV be set to show captions? Does it have a headset port?
Yes, this TV has both Captions ability AND a headset port.
