I'm always worried the next Lego game will be a letdown, but this one continues the trend of greatness. Much fun - good compromise in gameplay for a fun, low-stress experience balanced with challenges and enough goals to keep me engaged but not so many far-fetched achievements that I give up. The humor as always is spot on. The game is more fun than the movie, I'd say. Your kids may also enjoy it ;)

When we first started playing, we were overwhelmed by the tutorial, thinking it was going to be a very hard game or that the controller was not working perfectly. In fact, the tutorial turns out to be pretty difficult - which may be by design as you will likely get to experience the effects of poor playing on your fans and band-mates.
The live audience experience is much more fun than I had expected it to be. Also, the online music video feature is pretty amazing and brings much more replay to the game than previous versions I've played.

This is my second Roccat mouse, and I'm even more pleased. It's a very good it for my hand and the surface material is a perfect compromise between grip and comfort. None of the sticky surface of the Razers or the faulty mechanism of the Logitech. The driver software is pretty full-featured. The voice announcements when you change dpi are fun, and thankfully you can disable them. Definitely disable the voice announcements for trophies - it is distracting to be in the middle of a game and have a sudden announcement that you have earned a trophy because you clicked the lmb some number of times...

I really like the game play here; you can "run and gun" or sneak around, and you can switch between the two in a way that feels natural. The story is interesting, voice acting is very good, and I have yet to get annoyed by repetitive "arrow to the knee" comments from the NPCs. I really like the dynamic enemies and the fact that they remember your previous encounters. My only complaints so far are that captains sometime show up out of nowhere when you are engaging a handful of enemies in a manner that seems unnatural, and I don't like "run from the baddie you cannot possibly fight" type missions - thankfully there's only been one of those so far (and it was at least not an exercise in click a button at exactly the right time).
