Muzik headphones fine if they work

I did not read any reviews since the store did not have the headphones I was looking for and I bought these instead. At first I was able to pair with my iphone 7 at first and they seemed to work fine. But the next time I tried to pair they would not. My phone showed them under bluetooth but when I tried to pair it said: connection failed. I tried a hard wire but that didn't work either. Not sure what to do now.
