I bought this headset when it first came out, after the New Year, and I regret it on all levels. For a Sony product, even though it has bass boost, it's really poor and doesn't even come close to Turtle Beach. It doesn't boom at all. The headset it really only designed to fit a small head. If you have a medium head or bigger, forget it. These things will clamp your skull like you're in a vice. After only playing for 30 min, your head hurts and that pain is like a lingering headache. In addition, it really traps in all the heat because of the over the ear and fake leather covering on the ear pieces. So now you have discomfort from squeezing your head and you're overheating. I have to take Tylenol after playing with these. What you get, the price is way too high. They should be in the $75 range at very best. They are solid and good overall heavy duty quality, but the sound is lacking, even after you mess around with all of the different sound profiles through the app you download. Controls are ok but they are located on the back edge. It would be more convenient to put controls on the outside of the headphones for easy location. They sync pretty fast with the PS4 and PC, which is good.

So, definitey choose any other product out there because this one is not worth it. Been using them for months and I wish I could get my money back.
