Pretty to look at, but frustrating to use

There weren't that many reviews when I purchased this, as it was recently released. I've had an HP in the past and for the most part was very happy with it. I loved the way this looked, and it was lightweight and functional with the 360* flip screen (or so I thought). I have had nothing but issues since I got this 4 months ago. Very often, the screen will just freeze and the keyboard, mouse, and touchscreen become completely unresponsive. Often times the screen will go black. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to have to restart my computer 2-3 within a 4 hour sitting. I've done a system restore, removed and re-downloaded different programs, made sure the operating system is up-to-date, and nothing has solved this issue. If I could return this, I would!!! I am now considering making the switch to a macbook. I was going to buy the additional protection to try and fix this but what's the point?!?! Going to contact HP since it should be covered under the warranty, but will still probably upgrade to something that ACTUALLY WORKS!! It only gets 2 stars because it's sleek look.
