cant transfer apps into sd card
Why can't i transfer some apps that i have downloaded from google play into my sd card? if i look into the application manager, i click on an app and normally i should see a "move to sd card". mine doesnt have it. im wondering why. mine is an at&t sgh-I337 bought at best buy but its not on contract. and im not sure if mine is either unlocked or unactivated. help please. thanks...

updating software
when im trying to update my software on my phone it always say that update is interrupted and i still have the current software. but when i take a look on some of my friends S4, i see that they are either running jellybean 4.3 or kitkat 4.4. im using a diffferent network carrier although my s4 was made by at&t. im not sure if the software my fone was referring to was either the at&t software on the phone or the android version software. so if its not about the android, how can i do something about it? help please. thank you
