TomTom makes a great product. This is my second one, and am happy with it's reliability and lifetime maps. Can't beat the price, either. For less than $100 with full coverage including Canada and Mexico, and updated maps, I'm more than satisfied with my purchase.

Does this model re-route when needed?

Normally cell phone maps app, re-route when there's a faster route available. Does this model do it as well? or you have to stick with the original route given at the begging of the trip?
My TomTom 1515M does reroute. Sometimes I will make a stop to pick someone up along the way and it gives me better directions from the new starting point.

whats the difference betn 1515M and 1515TM model?

Besides size what is the difference in operation? TM model has a low rating also. Does the lifetime traffic updates apply only to TM model?
My 1515M has lifetime maps. I have updated and no problems.
