This case looks great. Anybody who sees it always comments on the look and design. But it comes at a small price - the wood finish isn't as durable as the plastic and rubber alternatives. So if you're looking for light-duty protection with an awesome, unusual look, this is a great case. If you're really hard on your iPhone, you may want to stick with a more traditional solution.

IF you're a fan of the any of the following: - JJ Cale, Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, Willie Nelson, the GUITAR, etc - run, don't walk to buy this CD. Possibly the greatest collection of work from the most talented guitar players alive today. The bonus is getting hear their own personal interpretations of JJ Cale's work. Easily the best CD I've heard in 2014.

New life for an old phone

So about three months ago my two year old iPhone 4s came down with a case of battery schizophrenia. Full charge would suddenly drop to 60%, then to 3% within minutes. Tried several web remedies and nothing worked. I didn't want to buy another phone, as I'm due for an upgrade credit from AT&T and was hoping to use it on the new iPhone 6 when it arrives this fall. Someone in the office told me about the Mophie. I tried, I bought and problem solved. My charge now is over 90% after a full day of use, and I actually prefer the added width Mophie adds to my 4s; it makes it much easier to grip. Only complaint is the design requires that you use their jump cable to connect to a charger; no pass thru port for the original pin connection that came with the phone (making it a little more difficult to plug into the USB in the car, dock radio, etc.). But that was a small sacrifice to make for a reliable power source that can go for two days or longer. I approve, and would recommend.
