This is extremely convenient to have when on a trip/vacation or just in general. Since the gopro batteries run out of juice like every 45 minutes, it is good to have a spare battery or just have the option of charging two batteries at one time! Gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it takes a little longer to get a full charge from a completely dead battery like an hour and a half - 2 hours or so, just to get 45 minutes of run time.

It's pretty light weight. Wifi doesn't pick up sometimes, so that can be pretty annoying. But most of the time you just have to restart it. It also charges fairly quickly. If you're using it for school then I recommend buying a pc also cause some assignments are not supported by a Mac. And it does not come with office programs pre-installed and Even though I installed office it still does not open some PowerPoint slides sometimes, and so I have to end up going to a pc... So can be pretty annoying. But overall it's fast! And pretty :)
