Bad Device

I had high hopes for the product as I become a cord cutter. I should have read more reviews. The device only worked 5 minutes for me. I could never get it to reconnect. It gets very hot. I did as they said and contacted them instead of returning it to Best Buy. No one answered the phone it went straight to voice mail. They called back the next day and said they were having phone issues. The "fix" they gave me did not work. On their website on the troubleshooting section others had my same issue. The device is to expensive not to work. I will be returning it to Best Buy.
