we have a very small house we can hear the fridge and our old dishwasher oh man so loud. We bought the Bosch for the three pull out drawers and for the quiet. Best purchase ever. We can be in the kitchen and the only way we can tell it is on is either by the red light it gives or when it drains. Thanks Bosch
