So far I love this thing and it is starkly different image and major upgrade compared to my previous Sony Bravia 1080p TV from 2013.
The only complaints I have are the WebOS GUI could be a little more polished in terms of navigability and maybe more setting options. I'd like to see less cryptic error messages when there are issues. Lastly, the darks take some getting used to as it tends to lean on the darker image side without some picture adjustments (*TV environment/setting dependent as well).
The above negative stuff withstanding, the display/video is superb (i.e. crystal clear images, beautiful colors, fluid motion, etc.), the audio is more than adequate for internal-TV speakers (surprisingly good, though I will be adding surround sound), and the TV's overall features and functionality (e.g. # of ports, type of ports, feature sets, etc.) are all at or exceeding my own expectations.
Conclusively, I was happy to hand over >$1500 during the Black Friday weekend sale to purchase this unit, have not been disappointed so far, would recommend and purchase again myself, and I just hope it holds up to continued use for the 3-5 years I intend to keep it.
Hope this helps in your purchase decision-making process.

This remote works entirely as expected and overall i am completely satisfied. Really nice UX for those using their PS4's for streaming media (e.g. Plex, Amazon, Netflix, etc.) and navigating those type of apps.
The only tricky things at all is making sure it remains connected. I periodically lose connection and need to hit the PS4 button to reconnect but seriously, first world problems. All in all, I recommend this product and I am happy with it.
Apple TV 4K lets you watch movies and shows in amazing 4K HDR - and now it completes the picture with immersive sound from Dolby Atmos¹. It streams your favorite sports, news, and TV channels live. Has great content from apps like Apple TV+, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and ESPN². And thanks to Siri, you can control it all with just your voice.

Got a 32 GB Apple TV 4K that refuses to connect to my LG 4K OLED TV above a pathetic 720 SR. Apple TV keeps saying there is a problem with my cable. I have used 4 different COMPATIBLE 4K-capable HDMI cables, all of which worked on other devices (e.g. PS4 PRO, LG UHD 4K media player, etc.), but cannot get this unit working.
The irony is the same exact cord I used with my previous/older generation Apple TV had no issue supporting 1080p (SR), and yet this brand new unit I bought (*just for its 4K/HD purposes) refuses to connect above 720p (SR)?!
I will try Apple support but it seems like this should just have been sold in a perfectly functioning state, not requiring the customer to hand over their money and then immediately reach out to support to get the product working as expected.

PROS: -I loved the video quality (4k but still needs faster refresh) -The camera seems well-built and insulated to be more rugged than many competitors -The size (dimensions) is not too big or too small (Goldilocks size) -There are lots of options for how to use this camera (versatility) due to a host of settings and config options
CONS: -It is relatively heavy for such a small device -Getting the built-in camera cage/mount off the camera itself is quite difficult -I mostly hated the head rig accessory kit for this camera -I disliked the need to purchase a bunch of one-off kits to accessorize this camera for a slew of life scenarios (can't design a universal-style mount already??) -Battery life sucks if taking to a long show or trip without extra batteries or plug-in/outlets to recharge (continuous 4k video killed mine in easily under an hour) -Some venues (if using for a concert/show) treat GoPro cameras differently than cell phone cameras/video devices and will not allow you to use at events (e.g. Wrigley Field in Chicago) -The price could be better, especially considering all the accessories are standalone purchase items (i.e. dash mounts, body mounts, head clips, etc.) -The interface could be more intuitive. It took forever to figure out how to change styles easily and quickly, which is still a pain and could be designed better as well
Conclusion: the GoPro HERO 5 is certainly and undeniably a heavyweight contender in the HD video cam market but for the price, it could put on a better show with more bells and whistles that are pragmatic and user-friendly. I returned in hopes for a price drop or increased functionality at some point, at which point I then may buy again.
NOTE: I would not recommend to a friend in all cases but in some cases, I would with caveats and caution.

I felt it was comfortably uncomfortable to wear. I wore this rig to a concert, strapped around a straw hat on my head. I would forget at times it was up there until I went to lean forward and felt the weight of the GoPro camera. I also found the strap to situate the camera at angles that constantly had to be readjusted physically for my specific use case (trying to record a concert w/elevated stage from a GA pit area) and/or I had to keep looking down at the mobile app to tell if it was capturing its intended video target area; you could adjust the strap tighter but then it would feel like a vice is tightening on your head. In addition, I must say I personally felt like a huge dork wearing this thing and people seemingly felt awkward with me having it on, whether it was recording or not.
Overall, I want to love it as I love the idea but I kind of hated the tangible product and ultimately returned it.

I love the bulbs themselves and the idea of smart lighting, when they standalone. However, the manner of practical application, in regards to smart home technology by the electronics industry, irks me a little.
Mostly I take issue with the fact that us early adopters are essentially subsidizing R&D in a smart home tech race for these companies while simultaneously providing them free marketing for their products when we show them off or talk them up to our friends, family, and neighbors.
After much analysis, review, and consideration I think the price is not justified. There must be a non-supply cost related reason for such inflated product prices. I've taken these apart, hub and bulbs; what's inside of them is not expensive and mostly cheap imports. All of this fragmented smart home tech cost a ton of money for little cross-compatibility, few customizations without third-party hard or software solutions, slow (risk-adverse, cost safe) industry development, and no guarantee of support or longevity for these products. We buy these items assuming much risk ourselves and some of these companies act as if we should be forever grateful for the most basic ROI they deliver us. But after the awe factor wears off, the moment you stop caring about impressing people by telling your Echo or Siri to change your living room lights to varying colors, you realize you're getting very little beyond promises and gimmicks in return for the high dollar-tag on much of the offerings within this tech sector.
In addition, I find that the 3rd generation Hue Bulbs most obviously offers more colors. By this, I mean blues and greens are finally ACTUALLY blue and green...to the user's eye. Whereas the 2nd gen bulb's "blue" is more akin to purple and looks like a black light at night and the 2nd gen bulb's "green" is an ugly yellow-green color.
However, by playing semantics by referring to arbitrary color spectrums not defined by true human sight/perception on the packaging of those bulbs and also by upselling a "more diverse spectrum than previous generation bulbs," I feel like I was slightly duped by Philips into buying those bulbs. I settled on them begrudgingly, knowing there are few worthy alternatives, only to find a few months later my preliminary concerns became a self-fulfilling prophecy in that I had to go buy 20 new bulbs for $49.99 each if I wanted matching colors in my rooms and in general to have the blue & green color options at all.
There are no Philips-owned or sponsored programs currently to allow for discounted upgrades for early adopters, trade-ins, or any other pragmatic solutions benefiting both the return consumer and the company in terms of continued loyalty. Again, I understand the economy and how business works. Sony isn't going to just give me a new console every time they upgrade their products, same with Apple or Samsung and it's mobile devices. Albeit, Sony and Apple also have defined releases so consumers can choose which upgrades they participate in and what features they can and cannot live without. This also helps ease the pocketbook burden of buying generational tech that is constantly evolving on an exponential curve every 1-2 years.
All in all, the bulbs are nice but companies like Philips can do better on setting their prices more fairly, offering some type of upgrade program or loyalty discounts, and increasing the product's native functionality, native customization options, as well as its industry-compatibility. Do this and you'll make even the most hypercritical buyers much more happy than your current model.

I took a ten-year hiatus from console gaming. I just returned and found myself naturally gravitating back to the PSN familia, mostly due to peer pressure and also in part due to a preference for the PS game collection. And for the most part, I am happy with my decision to buy the PS4Pro.
The controls feel strongly familiar, the game selection is massive and perpetually growing in new and exciting ways, the online social features of the platform have grown exponentially, and the graphics are amazing. More flexible customization on the home screen and less forced "bloatware"/app-ads would be nice but I get it, subscription services and unintrusive advertising are trending.
Overall though, I have never second-guessed my actual purchase and like Michael Corleone, just when I thought I was out they pulled me back in.
