This service does not include the assembly of fixed/framed screens, that services is sold separately. We’ll clean our workspace when we’re done and make sure you are comfortable with how to use and enjoy your new system. We offer a 90-day limited workmanship warranty on our Projector Screen Mounting.

Great Work - Not so Great Customer Service

Geek squad came out and installed my screen and found out it had a small rip in it so they told me what I needed to do to try and get it replaced. The technician also said to email him direct if I had any issues getting it replaced and he will work his magic. Well, I had trouble so I emailed him and he replied that he would take care of it and to email back if the store doesn't reach out to me in a week. the week went by so I emailed him back and no answer. Emailed him a second time and no answer. Had to call the store and the store wanted me to pay for a new screen so they can ship it to my house and then they would return it once they installed it. I refused that so they shipped it to the store for geek squad to pick it up and install it. 2 weeks go by and I call back and geek squad tells me there it will be a week or 2 when they can come out so in all I had to wait 2 months for the replacement screen.

The screen is what I expected it to be. I am using the borderless and the look of the screen on the wall is nice. I am no expert on the specs of the screen bot for what I need it for it is good.
