These headphones only connect to an audio device that supports Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) profile for wireless headphones connection or wired connection using its supplied 3.5mm headphone cable. Please check with your device manufacturers' information to confirm the compatibility.

Congratulations on your new WF1000XM5! regarding your question, no, Google account is not necessary to connect these earbuds to your iPhone. Follow the steps below to connect the WF1000XM5 to your iPhone:

• The operation to register the device that you wish to connect to is called “pairing”. First, pair a device to use it with the headset for the first time.
• Before starting the operation, make sure of the following:
- The iPhone is placed within 1 m (3.2 ft) of the headset.
- The headset is charged sufficiently.

1. Enter pairing mode on this headset.
• When you pair the headset with a device for the first time after purchase or after initializing the headset (when there is no pairing information on the headset)
- Lay the headset units on their sides and remove both headset units from the charging case.
- The headset turns on automatically.
- The headset enters pairing mode automatically.
- When you are wearing the headset, you will hear a notification sound from both headset units at the same time, and you will hear a voice guidance say “Pairing”. When you are wearing only one headset unit, you will hear the notification sound and voice guidance from the headset unit you are wearing.
2. Unlock the screen of the iPhone if it is locked.
3. Find the headset on the iPhone.
- Select [Settings].
- Touch [Bluetooth].
- Touch the switch to turn on the Bluetooth function.
- Touch [WF-1000XM5].
- The headset and iPhone are paired and connected with each other.

Note:
• When the headset is placed in the charging case, the indicator (blue) on the charging case flashes 10 times.

On apps streaming from the tv why r options for picture options greyed out ie wide , full , normal on tv screen ?

Thanks for your inquiry. We understand you would like to know why Wide Mode settings to adjust how the video displays on the TV screen are disabled or greyed out. This may occur on your Google TV due to the following:

• If you stream an app and then press the WIDE button (if available) or select WIDE mode when you scroll down to Screen settings, the TV displays Feature not available.
• This is normal operation.
• Change the aspect ratio on the app's settings.
• Most applications don't have an option to adjust aspect ratio.
• Make sure to check for available app updates.

If watching programming from a connected cable or satellite set-top box, you may need to configure the aspect ratio output in the set-top box menu. Aspect ratio (aka TV Type) settings are typically found under Settings, Options, Preferences, TV Option, or another similarly-named location in a set-top box menu.

Hi I purchased the sub and have tried several times to connect it. Whether it be through auto or manual connection. I reset my a7000 sound bar. Unplugged the sub and still doesn’t connect. It only blinks green a couple times then flashes red everytime.

Thanks for reaching out to us with your concern. We're sorry to learn the SA-SW5 subwoofer doesn't connect properly to your HT-A7000 and the led turns red. Follow these instructions if you encounter an issue with the wireless connection:

• If the power indicator on the subwoofer flashes slowly in green or lights in red, try the following.
– Move the subwoofer to a location near a compatible model so that the power indicator on the subwoofer lights in green.
– If you cannot connect the subwoofer to a compatible model automatically for any other reason, follow the steps under “Performing a Manual Connection” on the link below to connect the subwoofer to the soundbar.

• Set [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] - [Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Speaker Settings] - [RF Channel] to [Off], then set to [On].

Does it have a setting to adjust the soap opera effect?

Hi soapopera, thanks for your question. Yes, you can adjust the Motionflow or CineMotion which is basically the soap opera effect on this X77L TV. To do this, press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Motion].

Motionflow - Refines moving images. Increases the number of image frames to display videos smoothly.

CineMotion - Optimizes picture quality based on video content, such as movies and computer graphics. Smoothly reproduces the motion of filmed images (images recorded at 24 frames per second) such as movies.

With the X77L, every image, alive with vivid colors! Live Color expands colors of images to the reproducible colors of the TV so everything you see looks vivid and real. Is the Digital Audio Output always active? I would like to use it to connect a wireless headphone transmitter and want to know if I will still be able to use the built in speakers. A Bluetooth audio connection disables the speakers.

I am considering returning this TV. I love picture however the Apps I have always freeze the circle thing is active more than I like I have my fire stick and prefer using that from a previous TV. My WiFi constant drops

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the TV is up-to-date.

When using Wi-Fi®, the distance of the router to your device is another factor to consider. To maximize your viewing experience when streaming video or listening from an audio app, make sure that the router is placed near your device. They shouldn't be more than 25 feet away from each other. If possible, install both devices in a location without walls in-between them. Other wireless devices such Bluetooth® speakers, wireless phones, microwave ovens, and devices sending radio frequency may also cause poor signal strength.

A connection issue with your modem/router is often resolved after performing a power reset. If you have a separate modem and router, power reset both devices.

-Unplug the power to your modem/router and wait about 60 seconds.
-Reconnect the power to your modem/router and make sure it's turned on.
-Wait until the device is finished making it's connection to the internet and your network.
-Check your network status.

Performing a power reset on the TV may also help resolve the issue:

-Turn off the TV.
-Unplug the television power cord from the electrical outlet.
-Let the television remain without power for 2 minutes.
-Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.
