My main draw to this PC was the CPU and GPU and it did not disappoint. Also i would not consider a new laptop under 512GB and this one also met that requirement. Im currently playing Gears of War 4 and Tekken 7 and they run just fine. You wont be running games in Ultra settings but i run them on high/medium and havent seen any issues with those 2 games and they look just like their Xbox 1 counterparts in my opinion. Cant recommend this laptop enough! My only wish is that it was a 14" screen model instead of 15.6" but i can live with that.

How does the touch pad feel? Is it smooth or somehow rubbery? Does it work properly? How about fan noise and heat?
Touch pad is smooth and works just fine. Fan noise is not bad but it does get louder when the GPU is running, also when playing a game it does get hot.

Does this model have a backlit keyboard? Why aren't all laptops made with backlit keyboards...very usefull in low lighting!
Yes it does have a backlit keyboard although its turned off by default. Press the Fn key + spacebar to turn the keyboard lights on/off

People who own this. I wanna knw two things 1) How's battery life? Let's say mostly browsing, some word, excl, videos. If I reduce the screen resolution to 1080p will i get more battery life? Has somebody tested this? 2) Is the fan always running?
Battery life with normal usage will get you about 5-6 hours. Reducing the resolution will not make any difference to the battery life. Yes fan is always running but its not that loud. Once the fan for the Nvidia card starts running then it a little bit louder.
