Our neighbors invited us over to play wipeout since we like watching the show. Had a fun time, here are my thoughts. Pros *Fun group play..specially with a competitive bunch. (can see it get boring with continuous solo play) *Several different levels, characters and courses *Additional characters and outfits to unlock *Strategy involved when trying to vault yourself into first place (use of tennis balls and dodge balls)
Cons *The graphics are not great...standard for wii. *The response time is a little off, but not to the point that it's frustrating. *Shouldn't take long to unlock everything, that's where the newness slows down. Solo play will get boring. *Hard core gamers will find it fairly easy and not so challenging.
Conclusion. A fun game for the children. Adults who aren't hard-core gamers and like to play casually over a few drinks can have a lot of fun with this.
