You know, I see so many products with reviews stating a product not working right out of the box, or breaking after a short time. I tend to ignore these and concentrate on the reviews that appear to have been written by someone with an IQ over 50.
I have owned my Extreme 3D PRO for over 5 years now with no troubles. Only now am I having some minor issues with it, and tell you what...I will buy this one again.
What's great about it: Features, quality, price.
What's not so great: Not a thing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product will work for the beginning first month then all of a sudden it will stop working.....not a single button will work on mine now.

Did you try to get to the bottom of it? Update drivers? Try another USB outlet? Maybe it was unpluged? What about product support, did you try that? This review is not a good one...

I've gone through 5 of these in the last 5 yrs. Lasts about a year then buttons stop working, or control data input goes haywire. Cheaply made and not worth the money. Great Design if it worked right.

No manual comes with the Extreme 3d Pro Joystick, unable to start or use this product. Spent hours on line with Logitech trying to get information on how to use this product. Tried to obtain from Logitect access to a operating manual with no success. Wasted a lot of time fooling around trying to register without sucess not having all the model numbers they require. Several complaints were also stated on the Logitect information web site for the lack of manuals for the Logitech Extreme 3d Pro Joysticks.
This unpleasant expeierice would make anyone have to think twice before ever bying a Logitect product.

Another bogus review. I found info for this joystick in 3 minutes. Registering the thing was as easy as filling out your name and address and product ser.#. You "spent hours on line with Logitech" with a person "trying to get information"? Really? Just how much can one talk about on a phonecall like that?

I bought my refurbished PS3 from Best Buy and I took it home and after playing a game for 10 minutes the system froze, would not turn off and was not receptive. This was not a video issue, the Hard drive was not working.

Get your money back or replace it and try another. Best Buy has a return policy, by-the-way. Why does it matter who refurbishes it? Be careful? I have my GM car repaired by an independent shop and it still works fine. Bogus review, folks!
