Compact and lightweight 4x telephoto zoom lens ideal for shooting sports, portraits, and wildlife. The newly developed Micro makes auto focusing quicker and quieter. The improved zoom mechanism also makes zooming smoother. The front part of the zoom ring now sports a silver ring for a luxury touch.

An OK lens, nothing spectacular

I use this lens on my Canon T1i and have never been able to get a sharp picture from it out without any post processing of the RAW file. It's not a bad lens for the beginner by any means but it's nothing really worth raving about.
If you plan on making large prints (anything past 8x10) this is not the lens for you. It's very soft when you start getting into larger size images. I really can't stress the softness enough.
Great for a beginner looking to experiment, bad for anyone who wants to take serious quality photos.
What's great about it: Great range of focal length
What's not so great: It's a very soft lens
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

which is better lens 18-55mm IS or 55-250mm IS.. and what is best function of each lenses?

Depends on what you want. The 55-250 will be a better walk-around lens but it will probably suffer some image quality because lenses with a wide zoom range tend to lose some image quality overall to allow for the greater range of zoom.

If you don't need to get close to long shots, the 18-55 will probably be the better choice. If you really need to get in from range, the 55-250 will give you more range for that.

There really isn't a good answer for your question though, it depends all on what you want to do with the lens.

What is a 500mm Reflex Mirror lens

What is the benefit of this? What's it used for?
Benefit: Cheap long focal length.

Costs: Poor central image quality, sharp corners.

does a samyang lense work with a nikon camera?

I'm not too familiar with Samyang lenses but if they make lenses for multiple manufacturers they should have a version that fits nikon, if they don't, you'll need some form of adapter.
