This is a nice unit, it cools well and is considerably quieter than other units. Like the size and the options. Only problem is the window slat that vents the unit, the hole should be a little hight, the hose from the unit does not have room to snap completely in because of the lip on the window.

Stay cool and comfortable with this air conditioner that features a 350 sq. ft. cooling capacity for keeping a medium-size room comfortable. Three fan speeds and 8-way air direction let you customize the airflow to suit your needs.

pick the wrong unit, would have prefered the one with the remote but kept this one. it works well, cools rather fast just a little noisy but you become accustom to it.
What's great about it: cools great, a bit noisy
What's not so great: dial knobs are a pain
I would recommend this to a friend!

it does produce heat but not sufficient enough for a small room. basically, its nothin more than a heating element in a plastic box with a metal grid on top.
What's great about it: not a thing
What's not so great: doesn't heat anything
