I love how close up you can get to the photos and is a very nice, sharp lens [:

is the sony 10.01mp a good camera and does it take good pictures?
it is a nice camera for the money but the canon and nikon camera's are better in terms of dependablity and menu formats. with the sony, you'll have a layout that is different from the big name braand cameras. also, if you're looking for a dslr, the lenses arent as interchangeable as with a canon or nikon.

which is better canon RebelT1i or canon Rebel SXi
It depends on your price range. Also, if you'd like to shoot videos, the canon T1i is a very good choice. There was recently a new model that came out called the canon T2i. if you're interested in the T1i, the T2i is more bang for a bit more money. check it out(: im hoping for a T2i for my birthday (sweet sixteen) and its something i've been looking into for a year and a half now. so i'd say if you can...pay the extra money and get the canon T1i or T2i.
