It's a Cord: What Can I Say?

If you're hooking up your electric dryer, chances are you'll need a 220 volt cord. This one works, just make sure the cord you buy matches the style of outlet in your laundry room -- all 220 outlets are not created equal. The cord quality is good, sturdy as befits a 220 volt appliance. It is indispensible for hooking up the dryer, so the $5 a foot pricetag is probably worth it. If you're doing your own hook up, consider salvaging the old cord off you previous dryer and save yourself $30. If you want Best Buy's people to hook it up, you'll have to buy a new cord with your appliance. Your call.
What's great about it: It lets you operate your dryer
What's not so great: Costs about $5 a foot!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Adequate, but Just Barely

Dryer vents are nearly always problematic. This vent kit works, but it's easity damaged if you have to move the dryer and reinstall the vent hose. it's a tinfoil affair which doesn't return to round once you squash it trying to fit it to the vent or dryer. Also, it easily tears or breaks if you stress it much. If it is installed correctly, and you manage not to smash it or tear it during installation, then it works pretty well -- but those are big "IFs" for most dryer installations where you seldom have any room to work and can hardly reach the vent or dryer exhaust to attach the hose and clamps.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Not very durable, difficult to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small, Functional

This TV tuner works well with Windows Media Center once it's set up. Hauppauge offers its own WinTV software for using the device, but if you're running Vista or Windows7 you won't need it. If you have a cable to connect to the tuner it allows you to watch and record TV on your PC -- desktop or laptop, as long as you've got an available USB 2 port. This model works with digital and analog cable transmissions. If you have strong enough broadcast signals in your area the antenna may be useful, but it really works best with a cable attached.
What's great about it: Small, works with analog and digital TV signals, USB 2 compatible
What's not so great: A bit pricey

I have a pc but i want to upgrade it to make it like the apple computers are, what do i use????

I want to get some kind of of software to make my laptop like the apple computers with all the options on bottom and such, i have no idea what its called, whatg should i buy to do this? please help..
If you're running Windows 7 on your computer you can place shortcuts to your favorite software in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, of course. That is somewhat like Apple's dock, except you can't really make it appear and disappear, and you don't have the magnifier feature for the selected icons. All my PCs are Dell, so I use Dell Dock software and have the option of placing the dock on the bottom of the screen if I so choose. Again, it's not quite the same as the dock on my MacBook Pro. I'm not sure if Dell Dock will work on a PC other than Dell -- they have a download page for the dock, but I've only downloaded it for my Dell computers when I upgraded the operating systems. I like their dock and would be curious to know if it can be installed on a non-Dell PC.
