Much better than Microsoft 1000

Bought this to replace Microsoft 1000 wireless keyboard that we had had since late 2009. Much improvement. Batteries came already in devices. Plug and play.
I sit about 6 feet from TV/Computer set up and this appears to have good range, unlike the Microsoft 1000, which struggled at this distance. Keyboard and mouse both have on/off switches, but no LED for num/caps/on/off. Find this keyboard feels nicer on fingers. Mouse responds better, feels nicer than MS mouse. Keyboard Keeps up with rapid touch typer easily. No clunky and unsightly receivers with wires (just a micro usb dongle). Again, Logitec wins over Microsoft.

Returning after a few days use
February 28, 2011
Have returned this as the mouse stopped responding after only a few days use. Highly disappointed. The batteries are new too.
