Less than 3 months working... sad

Picked up this Microwave on November 8th and its already failed. Wont heat up anything and with a brand new baby in the house its quite frustrating to not be able to quickly heat milk or foods. Submitted repair request with LG and their local repair contractors earliest appointment is 21 days away (I kid you not... 3 weeks!)

Dead Again....

Eventually had this device repaired by LG's horrific warranty contractors and it has failed numerous times since then. Seems like this unit must have some sort of moisture sensor in it that whenever you heat something with moisture (like a glass of water or some vegetables) it shuts the heating of this unit down. If you unplug it for a few days it eventually starts working again but seriously, what a piece of garbage. Stay far far away.
