Entry Level Gaming Laptop with some Potential

I’m going to come out and say up front that I was a little disappointed with the performance of this laptop. It struggled to stay above 30 FPS on warzone. Forza 4 gave me a warning that the machine did not have enough memory and that it might not perform well, and the game Control would just not launch at all. That could have been an issue with the drivers or maybe the xbox game pass app. I was expecting better performance out of the RTX 3050 TI paired with the powerful Ryzen 7 - 5800H. The laptop only comes with 8gb of Ram, so I am going to buy another 8gb stick and install it. Hopefully this will bump up it up a bit. I believe the RTX 3050TI in this machine only has 4gb of VRAM so that will also be a bottleneck for graphically intensive games as well. I think the machine could have some potential with a Ram upgrade. But don’t expect to run modern titles at high / ultra in 1080P. Less graphically intensive games like fortnite, valorant and Lineage 2 ran good at a steady 60 FPS. Build quality on the laptop is as expected. It feels like mostly hard plastic. The bottom cover was a little difficult to pry off but was easy to put back on. The memory and SSDs can be upgraded. It has a 2nd m.2 nvme drive but you’ll need your own screw, and maybe a mount and heat shield for it. I did like the screen on this laptop even though it isn’t rated as being highly color accurate. The screen has a nice matte anti reflective surface and contrast ratio is good. The colors are actually pretty vibrant to my eyes. The keys feel a little small and it took a little getting used to but overall, they are comfortable to type and play game with. The trackpad is small and made of plastic also but it is smooth and accurate. Most gamers will be using a mouse or a game pad either way. One thing I did like about the design of this laptop is many of the ports being located on the back of the machine. Less cables to get in your way. The laptop also has nice large vents for air flow and it keeps the laptop running cool. It is hard for me to recommend this laptop to anyone looking to play many of today’s new games on this machine.Even though the hardware in it is new, It feels dated, It only runs slightly better than a mid range gaming laptop I purchased 5 years ago. If you are just a casual gamer, or looking to buy an affordable laptop with some gaming capabilities then maybe. Just dont expect to be able to run Call of Duty, the upcoming Battlefield or any other first person shooter or racing game at high resolution and frame rates. I think this machine will run games best at 720P and Low / Medium settings in 1080P.
If all you want is a laptop for every day tasks, light gaming and maybe some photo and video editing, then this machine might work for you.

The Mr Coffee 14 cup coffee maker is super simple to use and the extra large carafe will hold and serve up to 14 cups of coffee.It does have a setting to make only 1-4 cups which is nice and convenient when you just want to make a quick cup of coffee to go. The Brew Later button lets you pick a time for the machine to start brewing. Perfect for starting your coffee when your alarm goes off in the morning. Your coffee will get brewed while you shower and get ready. I love it. It is easy to program it and you can set a time to start or a countdown timer. If you choose to fill the whole carafe, you can set it to keep the coffee warm. It is also easy to take apart and clean with the included instructions. What surprised me is that there is a charcoal water filter in the machine! It is also very easy to install and remove. The filter will help purify your water a bit and make better tasting coffee. It needs to be replaced about every 30 days, so keep that in mind! I did find the replacements filters online at $10 for a dozen of them. Not bad at all. Would I recommend this coffee maker? For sure. It is perfect for any location, home or work. It has a nice industrial design, simple buttons and operation. Easy to clean and It will make enough coffee for multiple servings

Ink for months! Fast and Reliable Wireless Printer

This Epson EcoTank 3830 was really quick and easy to set up. The printer comes with all the ink bottles you’ll need to fill the tanks. Epson claims you’ll get over 6,000 black/white and color pages out of these tanks. I can’t speak for those claims yet because I’ve only been using it for about a week but I believe it. My friend has a similar printer and hasn’t had to refill it yet and its been almost a year. You can download an app that will guide you through the set up, and you can also use the same app to print photos and documents as well as scan. It will also update the firmware for the printer for you. The printer prints really quick. It printed a full color page for me in less than 5 seconds. It honestly surprised me! The printer has a pull out tray that holds at least 100 pages. I was also able load 4x6 photo paper into that tray and print photos with it. The 4x6 photo print wasn’t the best quality, but it looks good to my eyes. I honestly think the app compresses the photo you are going to print when you transfer it wirelessly. Perhaps EPSON can update the app to allow higher quality photo prints on 4x6 paper.
As far as filling the tanks with ink, It was very easy to do and did not cause any mess. I was worried I might spill some ink when filling it. The bottles have rubber stoppers that open and close when you put them on the printer refill slots. I’m very pleased with this printer and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, high quality printer for their home or small business. It prints very fast, and I have not had any connection errors. The wireless printing has been very stable and reliable. Printing from your phone, tablet or computer is super easy with this printer.

Great affordable immersive sound

I recently purchased a high end gaming laptop so I was excited to get my hands on this wireless headset for gaming. The headset itself feels very premium. The headband is very strong yet flexible and comfortable. The ear pads are also very soft and comfortable but they did get my ears warm in my experience after a couple of hours of use. There is no 3.5mm input on these so it’ll be strictly wireless with the included dongle. Corsair provides software that you can download to your PC to tweak the EQ and provides different presets for gaming, movies, music, and competitive shooters. The competitive shooter setting was the most “boring” to my ears and sounded pretty flat. I had to turn on 3D audio on fortnite to get a sense of where footsteps and gunfire was coming from. I have to say that I didn’t hear much difference when changing presets on the PC. The good thing is that Corsair can update the software and improve upon this in the future or perhaps I need to dig into the software and mess with the settings some more. That being said.. they do sound pretty good though. Especially at higher volumes. When playing Resident Evil 2 I could tell which direction Mr X was coming at me from before he burst through the door lol. His heavy footsteps sounded deep and made the game immersive and anxiety inducing :D Fortnite for whatever reason sounded unimpressive through these headphones. It could just be the game itself. Apex Legends, modern warfare , and resident evil 2 and 8 sounded great and immersive with these headphones. They provide good passive sound cancellation. One thing to note is that my friends all told me that my voice sounded very low when chatting on the PS4 with this headset. I’m not sure why. I tried raising my microphone volume in setting and I had to put it at the highest and they still told me I sounded lower than usual. I did like that the mic will mute by flipping the boom upward. But you can’t bend it and place it closer to your mouth. Perhaps that is why I sounded lower. I might have to speak louder. All in all… I would recommend this headset if you are looking for an affordable , comfortable wireless headset that sounds very good and is compatible with Dolby atmos.

Lighting is everything

This is a great tool for anyone currently working from home or posting video to social media. It is very easy to set up and the stand and is very strong and sturdy. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max which can be pretty heavy with a case on it and the stand held it upright perfectly. No wobble or tilting. It comes apart easily for stowing and can be put back together just as quick. The light rig has 60 LED’s and the brightness can be adjusted to your liking. You can also change the color temperature of the lights, which I thought was pretty cool. You can choose a standard white LED color or a “warm” yellowish daytime color balance. Or a combination of both. The lights did not hurt my eyes when looking into the phone for extended periods. The best part is that you pivot the lights to any direction you’d like to bounce the light so your not blinding yourself. Lighting really is everything.This set up will give your vlogs, live streams, meetings and videos a nice look, especially if you film indoors often.

Awesome sound, Compatible with many devices

This pair of Razer Barracuda X wireless headphones are an awesome value. I love their simplicity. They are so easy to use with the included wireless USB C dongle. I’ve been using them exclusively with the Nintendo Switch for games and my iPad Pro for gaming also and movie watching. You just plug in the adapter to the device you will be using your headphones with and Voila! No drivers to install, no software to install, easy plug and play. I was honestly surprised that my iPad worked with them. There is a mic mute button, volume rocker and power button all on the left ear cup. The microphone can be disconnected if you don’t plan on using it. They also come with a usb c to usb a cable so that you can use it with your PC , PS4, PS5, almost anything with a USB port. And a 3.5mm cable also so that you can plug it into your Xbox controller or any headphone jack. The headphones are compatible with just about any device you want to use it with. To me, this is the best thing about them. Sound quality is pretty good, they wont stand out or sound better than some more expensive headphones. but to my ears.. they are perfectly fine and serviceable. Audiophiles wont be impressed by these, but for gaming and casual movie watching and music listening they are good. To my ears, they have good bass and clear highs and mids. When playing competitive shooters, I was able to tell what direction gunfire and footsteps were coming from with these. Explosions and shooting sound immersive and booming, especially at higher volumes. They are comfortable for long gaming sessions and battery life is excellent. The pads are soft and the headband is very strong and flexible. Microphone quality is also good. My friends had no complains about volume when chatting. Would I recommend these to a friend? Yes! They are compatible with just about every game console, phone, computer and even iPad and Android Tablets. This is the best thing about them. The fact that you don’t need to fiddle with software to make these work is awesome.

Powerful, Fun to use

I’ll start by saying that this product is a bit of a novelty item. Not everyone is going to need this machine. I say this because the machine actually doesn’t “make the ice cream” you still have to put in the work to prepare your cream base and freeze it for a day. So just know that. Don’t expect this machine to make the ice cream in an instant. That being said, I do appreciate what this product provides. Especially since I have a lot of nephews. They had a blast “making their own ice cream”. I do like the pint containers that come included. They allow easy storage of ice cream in your freezer and since there is 3 of them. You can make different flavors at a time. They are easy to clean and very sturdy. The machine itself is more of a processor. It will blend up and turn your frozen cream base into a soft serve ice cream. The product comes with a recipe book for ice creams, milk shakes, sorbets. Once you make a couple , you’ll get a feel for making the cream base and will want to experiment with different ingredients. The kids enjoyed mixing in their own cookies and treats into their ice cream and milk shakes. It is fairly foolproof to use with all the preset buttons and very easy to clean. Would I recommend this to a friend? I would but only if you enjoying spending time to make your own ice cream and deserts. I could see this being very useful to anyone with kids or who just loves to make ice cream and milk shakes.

Booming sound! Very comfortable

I’m very impressed with the sound quality of this headset. I’ll start with the only complaint I have about it. It’s the Dolby Atmos app. I couldn’t set them up properly for the life of me. I entered the included code, and the Dolby Atmos app shows that I have 24 month access but when I go into the xbox settings to turn it on, it keeps telling me that I need to connect a supported headset. *shrug* I cannot tell if the feature is on or not while gaming. I’ll keep digging online to see if there is a work around. Regardless… the headset sounds amazing. I played some warzone and fortnite and the headset does an amazing job at 3D audio. I can definitely tell what direction gun fire is coming from. I can tell what direction footsteps are. Explosions and gun fire are loud and booming. It makes for a very immersive gaming experience. These are going to be my main gaming headsets for the foreseeable future. Hopefully I can find a way to properly set up the Dolby Atmos feature. They are very comfortable for extended gaming sessions and the mic quality is also very good. My friends say my voice comes through nice and crisp.

Impressive Sound, Amazing Style

I’ve been using these Beats Studio Buds exclusively for the past 4 days and its been a mostly pleasant experience. I haven’t owned a pair of Beats headphones or earbuds since before Apple bought and took over the brand. I remember Beats being very loud and bass heavy back in the day, I also remember them not being very comfortable for extended use. These Studio Buds are a great example of how the brand has evolved and improved in the years since Apple acquired them. The charging case is very elegant , I love the look and feel of the case and earbuds, It has the universal USB C charging port, which any person can take advantage of regardless of what your OS of choice is. They pair with an iPhone just as easily as the apple AirPods and you’ll get the same battery widget on your phone to keep track of your earbuds battery life. I didn’t get to try them on an android phone but Ive read that you get the same software support on android with them. You may have to download the Beats app on android though. The active noise cancellation on these buds is pretty impressive. I work in an environment where noise easily reaches 100 decibels and they did a solid job of keeping out the noise. I have a window a/c unit in my bedroom and these earbuds completely cancel out the loud white noise it makes. I couldn’t even tell it was on while listening to music.
I think sound quality on these earbuds is quite good. They are well tuned, I wouldn’t say they have the typical Beats heavy bass that drowns out every other tone in a song but the bass is still there. I feel the bass drop in my ears without it completely destroying the mids , highs and vocals. I listen to everything from classical to metal and they handle every note well. I would recommend these to anyone looking for an excellent set of wireless earbuds. They sound great, and they’ve worked flawlessly. No issues with Bluetooth connection, no disconnects, and battery life is great. I juice them up every other day and they haven’t let me down. And they look great! If you’re trying to decide whether or not to buy these go ahead and grab a set of these, I think you’ll love them as much as I do, I am honestly surprised that these are being sold at this price.

Enjoy Crisp, Clean, Cold water!

Ive been taking this water bottle with me to work for the last 4 days and I love it. Larq claims that this bottle cleans itself with the UV light, so I haven't washed it with soap and water yet. I trust it is doing a great job at keeping my bottle and water clean because it doesn't have that funky smell that a water bottle typically gets after a whole day or two of use. My water tastes great even after 4 days of repeated use. Water stays cold in it for hours! I work outside in hot and humid weather and my water stays cold til the last sip! The box includes a small manual that explains how to use the UV light, and a micro usb charging cable. I charged it fully the day I opened it and I haven't had to re charge it yet. The UV light will self clean the bottle and water every 2 hours, or you can manually start the cleaning process when you refill the bottle or at the end of the day before you turn it off for the night. The manual doesn't really provide clear instructions on whether or not you should clean the bottle with soap and water so I just let the UV light clean the bottle without water in it at the end of the day. My only complaint about the bottle is that I wish it had some type of optional carrying handle. It's not a deal breaker, but since I carry this thing with me literally everywhere, I would be really nice to have some type of handle for transport. Anyway.. I would definitely recommend this water bottle to anyone who loves to sip on water throughout the day everyday. They say your typical office water cooler / dispenser can gather all types of bacteria. I trust this bottle will provide an extra safety measure in providing safe and clean drinking water, all while preventing more plastic from polluting our planet!

Yes, you can choose to have motion detection on and or just doorbell. They both work great. Motion detection is so good on it that it captured a video of my neighbors cat running by chasing a squirrel lol

i have a hard time with my airpods pro my ears are just so small and they always fall out. Will these work better? i just want something that won't fall out so much and use all-day
That’s hard to say, since Ive never had issues with AirPods or AirPods Pro falling out of my ear, but I can say that these are very comfortable. They come with three different sizes of rubber tips so you can find a fit that works for you. But I think the design of these are great and they shouldn’t fall out.

No you don’t. The noise cancelling feature turns on automatically when you pop them into year ears
