I think people need to use this before reviewing

This is one of my favorite of many of the keyboards that I use. Given, this keyboard takes a long time to get used too, but if you are willing to devote the time to learn this then the experience will be very rewarding. One of the only complaints that i have is the spacebar. If you type a lot then this will be amazing for you as the right thumb gives a very hard plump making the spacebar sink. However, if you game a lot then this can be a trouble area as it can be a tad too heavy for the left thumb to hit a lot. For normal typing though, this keyboard is unsurpassed. This keyboard is very wide so if you have small desk space then you need to be aware of this. If you put on any of the height settings, then the keyboard can tend to set high. If you do not have any of the risers on then the keyboard sits surprisingly flat. The b takes a while to get used too as it is on the left side and you are probably used to hitting this button with your right hand. This is impossible to do because of the way that they keyboard sits. You will find yourself being able to last a lot longer typing though and this is one of the best modern keyboards on the market now. The model m still owns everything though, except in the comfort division :-P, this is where this keyboard really shines. So my thoughts are, if you are having pain buy this. If you are trying to learn to touch type, buy this NOW!!!!!!!! If you want a decent keyboard at a decent price with lots of add on buttons, then buy this. Definitely my top pick for price.
What's great about it: Ergonomic design, amount of settings for height
What's not so great: The zoom can be a hard one, has to have driver for this part

Mostly good, some faults

I really like the keyboard as it is very easy to go through, i like how the buttons line up perfectly, this makes the thumbs fit right at home. The problem that i have found with it is that the phone tends to lag some. This occurs when you are typing a long text even though most phones tend to do this under these conditions. The phone will sometimes freeze for no reason causing a startup. i understand that this is just bugs but it is annoying, As far as breaking, it is a phone, do not drop it. I have and have found nothing to be wrong, however some of my friends with the same phone have broken it with a fall.
What's great about it: The keyboard is one of the best one's for a phone.
What's not so great: Lag
I would recommend this to a friend!

New keyboard?
Have a wireless keyboard & mouse to which the keyboard appears to have just stopped working. Is it safe to say that a new keyboard is needed?
No, make sure that all drivers and usb ports have the proper equipment plugged in. If everything seems to be in place then re-seat the usb device anyway. If this still does not work, the try another usb device in this port, if the device does not works, then you probably need to reinstall the drivers, make sure that you have working batteries in the keyboard since the keyboard is wireless. If the product is new and you have not spilt anything on it, then it WILL work, these machines are tested in factory. NOTICE, IF NOTHING WORKS FROM THAT USB PORT THEN IT IS FRIED AND IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED

Do you sell keyboard letter pieces seperately?
My daughter snapped off a bunch of letters on my keyboard and some of them are not snapping back on. Can I purchse a new set?
Unless it is a really expensive one, no, try using a butterknife to slide them on and off, also make sure that it is facing the right way
