I have been using this lense for about 1 month now and am very happy with my images. It does not have IS but that has not been a problem. I have used it both on a tripod and handheld with no issues.
The sharpness is very good. It is very lightweight. I use it with the Canon 7D. I bought this one because of the cropped sensor and the 10-22 works great.

What's great about it: Sharp, Clear, Light Weight
What's not so great: Nothing I have found at this time.
