I have only used this product a few times since my purchase. However, it seems to work as advertised. The voice command is a little tricky and I have resorted to manual address input on occasion. Wish there was a little more instruction included with the physical product, but I am still learning on the fly. Otherwise, so far so good.

how can i do a pre-order on a coming soon CD?
On Bestbuy,com titles on CDs prereleases will show shortly before release date which is every tuesday. If you order a cd before release
date online. You should get the disc by thursday of the week it is released. If you want it the first day, go to a store on tuesday of the release week. Hope this helps.

What is included in the Incubus "If Not Now When" Best Buy Exclusive cd?
HI! I wanted to know what was the difference between the regular cd and the "Best Buy Exclusive"? I pre-ordered the regular cd and your website indicates that it includes 3 exclusive bonus tracks. Was this a misprint and if yes, is this what is included with the "Best Buy Exclusive" cd - Incubus - If Not Now When? Thanks!
The Bonus Tracks are live older tracks Surface to Air, Dig, & Pardon Me.
Sometimes I feel that bonus tracks aren't worth the extra money.
Other includes Dvd, with videos or live concerts which can be great
deal. Korn has one, Theory of a Deadman last cd has great bonus
tracks. Hope this helps.
