CybertronPC Customer Service Lacking

Did not work out of the box. The machine would not boot up and acted as if it did not have any drives installed. CybertronPC attempted to help by sending a link to download Windows10 to install with a flashdrive. 3 hours later the download completed and it still did not work. Their resolution was to send a call tag for 2nd day back to them for repair and 2nd day back to me once repaired. I asked that they ship next day air and they refused.

I was not happy with their response so I called Best Buy customer service and told them that I would rather return and get something else. Kudos to Best Buy for doing the right thing and allowing me to return the unit.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
