Four of America's great folk tales are brought to life in this collection of animated short stories from Walt Disney Pictures. "John Henry" tells the tale of a man who could lay railroad track faster than any man or machine; "Johnny Appleseed" follows the journies of the man who planted apple trees all across the nation; "Paul Bunyan" relates the story of the giant woodsman and his pet ox, Babe; and "The Brave Engineer" is a retelling of the legend of Casey Jones, a railroad engineer who dedicated his life to seeing that the mail was delivered on time. Alfre Woodard narrates the "John Henry" segment, and James Earl Jones appears in the linking sequences.

I grew up watching these movies when I was in Elementry school. Love them all. Great for kids I bought so my kids can watch them as well and enjoy them as much as I did and still do.
