i bought this tablet for my 3 year old son and it was so hard to use and navigate. EvEN for me! cheap apps.. you get what you pay for! returned it and got an Amazon Kindle flame instead

the 3 most common reasons. 1. your wifi is slammed busy with other devices. 2. your wifi signal is very weak from an inexpensive router. 3. your password is not being used as it should.

I bought this for my mother, who would only use limited features in any tablet I would purchase. Unfortunately the sound and video quality of this product were too poor to be able to enjoy this device for any type of communication (Skype, Hangouts, etc.). I returned it the next day.
If you don't have high expectations, at all, it is a very cheap tablet. Just not good enough for my purposes.

the more expensive model has much better sound. this model is the high volume version for the masses.
get your Mom a Bluetooth wireless speaker and a good micro card up to 128G. they are both very inexpensive.
at this price point is an outstanding device.

So this was to be my first "high tech" camera to start off my photography portfolio. Once I unboxed the camera, I found it to be much smaller than I had imagined. That immediately turned me off to the camera. After turning it on to play around with it, I noticed what I considered poor image quality on the screen (which surprised me since it's supposed to be 20+ megapixels) and not very many setting options..Very basic functions. I'd say this is a great camera for a teen looking to get started with serious photography but I didn't see much use for it for my intended use so it's been returned. Will save up to invest in a pricier camera that provides more professional grade settings and quality.

The 20 mega pixels is what is captured to the memory card NOT THE SCREEN ! Depending on the quality of the card of course. Like a smart phone, the size has nothing t do with it. Consider spending more money after reading up on cameras.

Does this tablet have a cover that can stay while taking pictures & is durable
Yes they are made with the camera in mind. Best Buy has a generic zip up case that works perfect for travel. Not sure if they have a case for camera use. Item number 361218430772 on e b a y works for it though. The price point is good as well.
