we just had an electricity area outage and the whole area was put on generator... so the voltage was running lower than normal. None of the old fashioned light bulbs would work properly and the big light in the kitchen I had to turn off because the flickering was driving me nuts.
we were really confused about what was happening because the fridge was off, and the ups-s were all reporting power outage, but the place was lit up like a summer day from the led bulbs.
so we like them because they are bright enough and don't put out heat and amazingly enough work with unfortunate power supply.

I hated this movie so much I swapped the dvd for a $5 credit towards a blu ray from best buy. Needlessly gratuitous unfunny depictions of women for INAPPL LANG FLAGGED/or as INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE FLAGGED.. Lots of gratuitous killing. Unlikeable - no one in the script was likeable - I didn't care about any of them. Crank was at least funny. What a waste of Donald Sutherland.
Last time I buy a Jason Statham movie I think, unless its getting really good buzz and I've seen it for free first.
I quite liked the extra discussing the descent from building stunt.
I wish I'd watched something else/never bought it.
What's great about it: Jason Statham
What's not so great: the script
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
