A great acting job by Jessica Biel, and by Jodelle Farland. coupled with a dark enigmatic storyline ending in a compelling moral dilemma, makes this movie an extraordinary viewing experience.

This is an obvious low budget movie. Given that I feel it was well presented, filmed and developed to something more than just competitive with some of the recent deluge of paranormal horror movies. The ending is incomplete bordering on a horrible travesty to such a promising film. It is almost as if the movie ran out of money or the writer didn't exactly know how to end it. It is still an enjoyable movie.
What's great about it: Scary movie with alot of jumpy parts
What's not so great: Ending

A surprising good movie.

This movie, for a low budget film is quite good. It is engaging and relatively believable. In general the acting is good with the exception of one character who obviously needs lessons. All in all I very much recommend "The Death of a Ghost Hunter" to those who like the genre of fictionalize paranormal experience.
What's great about it: Relatively Believable
What's not so great: Acting and Cinematography
