A campy classic

Unbelievably, the plot is that a lonesome grifter picks up a pair of magical sunglasses that allow him to see aliens who enslave human beings through oppression. Seriously. The movie is pure 80's cheese, but the movie is the "fun-bad" type of entertainment. It's also a MUST for horror fans who love practical effects rather than the CGI of modern horror.

A crisp movie on blu-ray

Into Darkness continues the Star Trek reboot. The newer franchise is definitely for a newer audience -- the plot, pacing, sets, and special effects are for a contemporary crowd. The opening scenes alone are fantastic in HD and you can tell that the goal, beyond the plot, was for a strong visual experience.

Already a fan of Childrens Hospital? Keep your collection going. Anyone who's familiar with the show knows that there's no continuity, but there's plenty of sight-gags and ridiculous plots to keep the laughs coming. This is the season that contains the hilarious UK Hospital episode!

PG13 horror can be fantastic sometimes, like MAMA

MAMA is a fun and creepy little horror film that's not high on the gore. It's PG-13, which horror fans can tend to stay away from, but this one is among the best! The CGI actually kinda works, since the monster is all bendy and twisty. The characters were original and the whole concept felt fresh.

High definition tvs and a blu ray copy of Batman make it come across as a bit dated. I'm sad because I loved this movie in my youth, but parts of the film, whether it's the make-up or background scenery seem a little cheap while watching it with up to date technology.

A high-energy remake

The Texas Chainsaw remake featuring Jessica Biel was really one of the first successful movies to pull of the horror-remake craze. The blu ray, at a great price, as an easy to decision to upgrade from my previous dvd copy. The movie is chilling and the blu ray transfer is crystal clear.

The cable company in my area charges a fee for "renting" a router month-to-month. After a few months, this product will have paid for itself! I have no regrets--it's worked continuously with not one glitch since the day I bought it. I generally check email, social media, and download music and/ or stream movies with a really great connection speed. No problems!

After I moved and bought my own Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem it's been completely fine. I've had it for 6 weeks now and I've never had to hard-reset it from the wall even once.

This combo pack (each in it's own standard case) was a good combo pack purchase, especially for fans who don't already own the movies. I think I flip-disc version exists, which I would not buy.
