I have been a Plumb fan for awhile now. Her last album, Chaotic Resolve, was by far her best. So there was no doubt in my mind I would buy this album. I had advance warning that it was nothing like the last album so I popped it into my player prepared for anything. I really ended up liking it. Granted, all of the songs are slower, either ballads or lullabyes. But it's her voice that draws you in. It's soothing yet powerful. This would be a great album for anyone, especially any moms or daughters you might know. Give it a shot, you'll be pleased.
What's great about it: Beautiful, stirring voice, lovely lyrics
What's not so great: Songs are either ballads or lullabyes
