Good, but not Great

I recieved this as a Christmas gift. Been looking forward to following the further exploits of FOC. Sadly, the songs aren't as memorable as the first season. Whereas the first season was innovative, funny, and occasionally crude (but always funny), the 2nd season seems to change funny for just crude.
I probably enjoyed the middle of the season better that either the beginning or the end, and the addition of the "Prime Minister" for a couple of episodes was comic genious. I just wish that the 2nd season was as good as the first.
What's great about it: Flight of the Conchords - crazy situations, better use of minor characters
What's not so great: Not nearly as good as the 1st season, songs aren't nearly as memorable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
