I am the original poster for this review. I am still satisfied with the TV but am currently disgusted by BestBuy customer service.
I purchased the TV and used a 3x reward point reward zone promo and the sales attendant said it would qualify. Unfortunately the RZ account is in my wife's name and even though she was standing beside me at checkout, the fact that I used my credit card from our joint credit account allowed RZ to invalidate the 3x points. They stated this is policy and I should have known. I also argued that the sales clerk should have notified us so we could have used my wife's card. Customer service has been slow and unable to fix this problem which would cost them about $100 in rewards points but is instead costing a lifelong customer.
Buyer beware.
