For the price, I am happy with it. It's not as smooth with keystrokes as the more expensive Dell Latitude, for instance, but I can use it. It's fast.
What's great about it: It's faster than what I had before for a laptop
What's not so great: The internet explorer sometimes hangs
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a little dog. Sometimes, he'll throw up. Whatever it is, the Bissell helps to clean it if I get to it immediately. I have used both the main vacuum and the attachment and both work quite well. I'd say the attachment works better than the body of the machine. One disappointment is that the vacuum cleaner does not pick up as much water as you would want it to. I have to go over it several times and then lay a towel over it, stomp on it, and then the carpet is reasonably dry. The last one I had quit working after two years. But compared to having to rent a commercial Rug Doctor, this is worth the cost.
What's great about it: This works better than a spray and elbow grease.
What's not so great: If the stain is old, you'll have to work hard to get it out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
