I thought it would have more bristles.

This is a stiff bristle brush. It's good for scrubbing something with (dry of course). The space in the bristles and location of the suction vent mean that if you try sucking up pieces on a hard surface they wil go flying instead of up the vacuum. I usually use it on carpet, and then it works great.
It works well for how I use it on hard surfaces too, I just expect it to make the mess a little larger before I suck it up.
What's great about it: The stiff bristles are really stiff.
What's not so great: The bristles are spread apart enough to lose some of the suction through them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clean narrow and awkward areas with this Dyson Flexi crevice tool. It has a stiff nylon brush to loosen debris, letting you vacuum up even ground-in dirt. The extendable rubber section of this Dyson Flexi crevice tool is strong enough to hold up to steady use and flexible enough to bend into hard-to-reach areas.

Not what I expect from Dyson

The rubber part sticks to the inside really badly and makes it hard to extend and retract. When I use it without extending it, I find that dirt and fur makes it to the outside of the rubber part, and get stuck in the pieces that snap together. It's difficult to clean this after it happens.
That's my only negative thing to say about it. It does what it shows. It flexes and it sucks up dirt. Hopefully the difficulty extracting and retracting the rubber part will go away over time, because it is a very handy tool, it's just a pain to use.
What's great about it: It fits in the holder for the tool I don't ever use on my Dyson Animal Ball
What's not so great: It's difficult to use and to keep clean
I would recommend this to a friend!
