So we've had the Bosch for a little over a week, and have run probably 3 loads. This replaced a 7 -10 year old Maytag whose computer board died. The Bosch has cleaned dishes well. There is plenty of room for flatware (including large cooking utensils). While the dish racks are very nicely configured, this unit is definitely smaller (inside) than the Maytag. Since the Bosch has a half-load setting, and an autosensor, I think I won't mind the reduction in size as much as I might have. We do wash dishes more often and that is probably a good thing... the dishes get washed before things smell or fossilize. The reviewers who wrote about how quiet this machine is weren't kidding. I still have to look at the control panel to make sure I really started the machine. This means I'm more likely to start the machine earlier in the evening (while I still remember) than trying to remember to start the load before bed. I still do kind of wish it had a heated dry cycle, although I've found everything pretty dry in the morning. It is suggested that you run the sanitize setting to aid in drying, but to be honest I haven't done that yet. Oh yeah, and my husband had no problem installing it (he is VERY handy) and I didn't hear a lot of grunting and swearing during the installation and he didn't have to run to Home Depot to buy extra fittings. Also, the machine came with a reasonable amount of packing, which means there was less packing to throw out or recycle. Now, if the machine is as reliable as reported, I will be amazingly pleased.
What's great about it: Bosch reputation, QUIET!!!!, rack configuration, variety of wash settings
What's not so great: No heated dry cycle, holds less than my previous dishwasher (Maytag)
Okay, I admit it (since I don't have to use my real name)... I would watch Dwayne Johnson read the newspaper. Sue me. There are other DJ movies I enjoyed more, but this one was action-packed enough for me. Seriously, DJ has more talent then he is given credit for, and certainly this movie didn't really do him justice (but it was better than Tooth Fairy!) Billy Bob Thornton was really good - his character was so ... yuk, I felt like I needed to take a shower after watching him.
What's great about it: Dwayne Johnson
What's not so great: Rather predictable and formulaic
I really wanted to like this movie since I really enjoy the genre. My son and I watched together and we admitted it wasn't the best movie, but both of us liked the premise of the story, the characters, etc. that we found that we enjoyed it anyway. I guess I can add this to my list of guilty pleasure videos.
This is just a fun movie. The plot is predictable but still funny and entertaining and the voices are excellent. My only complaint is that all I wanted was this movie in Blu-Ray and it seems that the only way I could get that was to also get the bundled digital content which increased the price beyond what it should have been.
What's great about it: cute movie that I'll watch man times
What's not so great: Having to pay for extra digital content I didn't want
