WHY WHY WHY? On phone waiting for 2/12 hours... I am still on hold. WAITING ... BEST BUY ... I want my 3 hours back.

You need little fingers and a lot of beer

This unit is hard to use for channel surfing. Navigating via touch screen is hard to do. The touch screen also false triggers when trying to scroll from one page to another but accidentally launches the channel or command that your finger is on instead of sliding the screen to the next page.
The function of this unit is great but is way too small for ease of use.
That's my two cents.
