The setup for Ninja - Coffee Bar 10-cup Coffeemaker - Black/stainless was a breeze. When I took it out of the box, and even from the commercials and advertisings, it looked intimidating, to be honest. However, once it’s in your home, taking everything out seems pretty self explanatory. I still read the manual just to double check I didn’t do anything wrong, but I hadn’t.
The key feature of this coffee bar is the ability to make 10 cups of coffee in one go, or a carafe. The manual suggests using purified water, and I didn’t intend on using anything but that. It took 3 12 oz. bottles of water to fill up the reservoir. I was able to make a full carafe in about 10 minutes, from the moment you turn it on (takes 3 minutes to heat up the water) to the moment it stops dripping into the pot. You can schedule a timer to automatically make a single cup, all the way to the full carafe at any time of day that you want. As a bonus, a frother is included with the machine. Now, the frother won’t heat up your milk, but it will definitely froth cold milk. It is suggested that if you want hot frothed milk, you can heat up your milk in the microwave. That is actually easier that using a separate frothing machine, which I own and will be putting that away permanently.
The performance of this Ninja Coffee bar is up to par with my other Ninja products. It doesn’t use the coffee pods like its biggest competitor. Instead, it has a permanent reusable metal filter where you can put grounded coffee. A scoop is provided on the side of the machine that gives you suggestions as to how much to put into the filter to make the specific quantity of coffee you want. The filter is easy to use and clean. If you prefer using paper filters, you can do that too. The ability to schedule a timer for the machine to make coffee and the hotplate where the carafe stands make it ideal for anyone to have coffee, whether on a rush on at your own pace.
The Ninja Coffee Bar meets my expectations. It is easy to make coffee for a large group and the aroma that emits from the machine is reminiscent of your favorite local coffee shop. The only thing I can say against it applies to people with big hands. The water receptacle is a little tight for whoever may end up washing it. Just a side note to keep in mind.
The price for coffee bar offers a lot of value for the person who constantly buys coffee on the go. With this machine, if you make and froth your own coffee at home, the savings from buying coffee on the go will add up and it will pay for itself soon enough.
I highly recommend this to coffee lovers and coffee connoisseurs. Having the ability to choose what you want to brew, the quantity, and the added bonus of frothing cold or hot milk will make you the favorite person to visit anytime.

The setup for the Linksys Velop Whole Home Wi-Fi System was so easy that I feel even non-tech savvy people can quickly and easily be up an running in less than 15 minutes. After taking the items out of the box, a card said to download the Linksys APP to my phone and that it was, “that easy.” After I downloaded the app, I signed in and it asked me what I wanted to set up, with the Velop system being the number one choice. After that, all the steps were laid out to me in easy to see images. You even have an option if you previously had another router that you are trying to replace, so that it isn’t as confusing for those who don’t mess around too much with routers.
The key feature of this product is the ability to extend your WiFi network all over your home. My home is 3/4s of an acre and I need a system like this. After plugging in the first of the three provided nodes (little white towers), the app will recognize it and you will be asked to set up the name of your wireless network and your password. From there, you are given instructions to connect other nodes that you want. Another feature that I enjoyed was the ease of prioritizing the devices that connect to the system. Imagine a world where the device you use the most gets the internet priority versus other home inhabitants who may also be on your network but don’t necessarily depend on the internet. With the app, it’s easy to assign specific devices to take over the network vs. other devices.
The performance of Velop system was better than expected. I connected the main one upstairs, which is where my router is. The next one was plugged downstairs in the main living room, and the third one was installed in my kitchen. The kitchen one had trouble picking up the signal, so the app told me the first time that I needed to move it closer to another node. After I moved it just a few feet, the app said that the Kitchen node was picking up signal, but that it was weak. It asked me to leave it there if I wanted to or it recommended moving it to an even closer location. To be honest, the kitchen is blocked by a bunch thick walls, since it was made after the home was completed as an addition to the house, so it made sense. I moved it a third time and everything worked.
The Linksys Velop Whole Home Wi-Fi System meets my expectations. My kitchen, the most difficult room in the house to get Wi-Fi signal and I was able to stream my shows at that location in HD at full speed.
The price for this system can be hefty but the value that they provide is insurmountable for homes where every family member or guest expects WiFi around the home.
I highly recommend this to people who have a high speed internet system and a home where certain areas have a weak WiFi signal. The features from the product make it ideal to manage devices for the younger ones and for the household breadwinner, you can prioritize your internet needs by device. Overall, it’s a good investment. I can foresee me keeping this sytem for over 5 years, making the price per year seem more than affordable.

Plug and play at its best.

The setup for this device was plug and play, meaning that no additional software was required for it to work. My wife and I both have cars with bluetooth, which alleviates having to connect an auxiliary cord to our new iPhones that no longer have that option. However, when we travel together, only one of us can use the bluetooth while she uses her headphones and that’s where this device came in handy.
One of the features of this product is the ability to charge your cellphone while listening to music. While I enjoy listening to podcasts, my wife listens to music. Being in the same vehicle, she can’t be charging her cellphone and using her headphones at the same time. With this dongle, while I listen to my podcast with bluetooth to the car, she is charging her phone and listening to music. A second great feature that was a bit of a welcome surprise was that with the dongle, two people can connect their headphones at the same time to one phone. We attempted doing that for watching a TV show and it worked as advertised.
The performance of the dongle was as expected. It worked right out of the box, didn’t require much of a setup, and everything was self-explanatory for people who are looking to get this kind of device.
This Belkin Lightning Audio + Charge RockStar meets my expectations. Any product where a non-tech person can take out from the box and start using it without much research is a welcome addition to our family.
I highly recommend this to people whose vehicles may not have bluetooth and are looking to charge their newest iPhone while using the auxiliary port of their car or for people who want to share their listening experience with someone else, as having two ports allows you to connect two headphones (with the headphone adapter that came with your iPhone). Each person would just need their own individual adapter.

I’ve never owned a camera security system, as they always seemed complicated to use. However, the Arlo Pro Security System 2 Camera Kit was very easy to setup. The 2 camera kit includes a receiver (think of an internet router-like device) that connects to your modem. From there, the quick-read instructions ask you to download an app to your mobile device. The app offers step by step instructions on how to sync your cameras. After syncing the cameras, you can go and install them anywhere you like. I am not much of a handyman when it comes to using power tools. That was what kept me from getting any security system. Luckily, tools were not needed, for the cameras are magnetic and the location where I installed them had plenty of metal for them to stick on their own. However, it does come with two mounts that you can use if you need them to be aimed at a certain angle.
One of the best features of this product is the ability to observe any motion from your mobile device. Within seconds, I started to detect motion after installation. I tested it with several family members to check if the notifications on my phone were working, and they worked flawlessly after an update required from the cameras and the receiver. One of the best features that I didn’t know it had was a microphone that comes with each camera. While away from home, the camera will notify me of someone near my home. If I want to communicate with them, I can through the mobile app. I hold a microphone icon and they can hear what I say from anywhere that I am. On top of that, the batteries in the cameras last a long time. They also come pre-charged, making it very easy to use right out of the box.
To test out the performance of the cameras, I turned off my WiFi and was on my LTE network (Sprint, if you want to know). The cameras were clearly visible on cell phone internet. The clarity was actually quite outstanding. On the third day after installing them, we had rain and strong winds. The cameras, being magnetic, worried me. However, they withstood the weather and further strengthened my faith in the product.
This product more than meets my expectations. At first, I was slightly discouraged to know that there was a monthly plan to subscribe to. However, a free option is available. The plans are as follows:

For most people, the basic (free) plan would suffice, as many won’t need more than 5 cameras per home. If you want to add another camera from the 2 camera starter package, it currently costs 189.99 to add another one. The product offers a great value for the price because on top of the plans that are offered for cloud storage, you can connect a USB External hard drive. Via the APP, you can reformat the hard drive and all of your videos can be stored locally instead of on the cloud. This way, you can either have a backup of the cloud videos or just keep your own log without relying on the cloud storage.
Though the price may deter some people from getting this product, I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for more security for their homes. The alternative choices are usually more expensive because of higher monthly fees elsewhere, whereas this product has a free option. The applications are quite numerable. Some people use it to monitor their pets while others keep an eye on their younger ones. Overall, the price you pay is more than worth it for a better peace of mind.

New Favorite Shaver

Phillips Norelco 7000 Series
I didn't expect a difference between my Philips Multi-groom series and the 7000 series. In my mind, all the tools that came with it look identical and can't possibly offer anything that it's cheaper counterpart offers. However, after trying the Phillips Norelco 7000 Series for the first time, it felt like night and day.
The first tool that I used was the shaving tool. It's meant to replace a razor blade. Now, I own the Phillips Norelco Power Touch Dry Electric Razor (has 3 circle blades) and though inlike it, it doesn't give me a close shave and it pinches my skin. However, the 7000 gives me a very close shave and it feels smooth on my skin. It glides effortlessly without using shaving cream or shaving butter, which is what I prefer. That alone was what made this shaver a keeper.
I tried all the tools. The nose trimmer works as expected, but the other tools included where a groin/body shaver tool and a beard trimmer/detailer. Things would shave where I was expecting without having to do guess work. The smoothness previously mentioned applied to all shaved areas, and I tried them all.
As a bonus, it comes with a bag to store everything in and lubricant to maintain your shaver. The charge time is around 4-6 hours but there's an indicator of how long you have to wait before it's fully charged.
Other than the on button, there's a button below it that speeds up the blades movement, refining the hair that it's cutting. This helps when sending hair down the drain, as it will cause it to clog less.
Though hesitating, I did try it in the shower too. It's claim for it to be shower proof we're confirmed.
Truly, this will replace my two Philips Norelco products and on most occasions, my razor blade. The simulated razor blade is great, but I don't think any electric shaver can ever beat an actually blade. This one gets you pretty close helps if you are in a hurry. Because the shave is close, but not as close as a razor blade, I recommend this product as a 4/5 star product.

I have come to trust the LinkSys brand to the point where it is my goto brand when needing a new router or recommending one.
Setting up the Router was easy. It is practically plug and play. Inside the box you will find several discs which I didn't need to insert to install the router. Immediately, my computer recognized the signal being broadcast (which comes preprogrammed from LinkSys) and I input the password that came inside a small foldout card. The router was recognized and I had signal. Reading the same foldout card and following 4 simple steps, I went to the LinkSys website which allowed the router to update automatically and permitted me to change the name of the signal and assign it a password I can remember.
Set up took under 5 minutes, including updating the router and renaming it. Before setup is over, you will be asked to create a Smart LinkSys account. It's an optional step, but I highly recommend it, as it allows you to monitor your network away from home, set up Guest Passwords, and even create your own Cloud Drives with USB external hard drives. I was able to set up the my personal cloud as a test, though I don't plan on using the feature myself, it does work and it's just as fast as anything you would pay monthly for. My home is a two story home and my router is set up in the second floor, where I do most of my gaming/work. I always have trouble getting WiFi in the kitchen, which is downstairs. This router permitted me to have a good signal in my kitchen and I am satisfied. It is nice that you can choose which band you want to use for what devices. For example, I use my gaming consoles on the 5 Ghz network while my families phones and tablets are on the 2.4 Ghz. Overall, this is a great router to have as an an upgrade.

A monitor that excels

This monitor is a great addition to my PC. It only displays in 1080, so it is not a 4K monitor, but the visual fidelity is astounding. I enjoy watching movies from Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime video services in 1080P. I also like that the screen size is not too obtrusive around my desk area, which is limited. When opening games, I have a beautiful image through and through. I even had a clear image when streaming games from my Xbox One, but that may be more related to my internet speed.
Assembling the monitor was a breeze. No tools were required to connect the stand to the monitor, and I had it up and working in less than 5 minutes.
Another thing that I enjoy about the monitor is that it doesn't hurt my eyes in low lighting. When I turn off my computer, the monitor goes automatically into standby mode which is important because I have it in my bedroom.
It does have an HDMI port, which is what most modern computers come with as a standard connection now-a-days, so that was helpful. I really enjoy using this monitor.

Great upgrade

I took my time using this computer making sure that it met my daily needs. I am a teacher, but I focus a lot of my time with technology, as that is the trend in the world of education. That being said, I tested this out with programs I use often, like Google Class, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Nearpod, Kahoot, and other online services. Right out of the gate, I noticed it's focus on speed. It was amazing working with a computer whose priority is making you more efficient.
For home use, I tested Netflix and other streaming apps. All apps worked as expected and even connected easily with my Chromecast to the TV, which is a plus. I deducted 1 star because when I tried running Netflix, the sound would come through for music but I couldn't hear the voices on some shows. I had to search into the computer functions and the problem was that the audio drivers needed to be updated. After that, it worked seamlessly, but nothing prompt up to update the drivers. It's not that difficult to do, but if you don't know where to go to do that, then you may have to search on YouTube how to access those files.
Speaking of audio, one of the benefits of this computer is that it has deep sounds. Though I did plug it into my sound bar with subwoofer, I noticed that without it, it was just fine. After multiple set-ups in various locations, I decided to keep it as my home computer where it will get the most use.
Some bonuses that this computer includes are a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard that don't require you to plug in any additional dongle. The computer recognizes it immediately. It also comes with a free yearly subscription to Microsoft Office 365, which does require internet to activate. Overall, I am satisfied with this product and I do recommend it's purchase.

Worth the price.

At first glance, you might be afraid of it's retail sticker price. However, let me tell you that you will be glad that you got this Tri-Band Wifi system with its own satellite extender.
Ease of use:
For starters, I rarely see a product that is as easy to have up and running as this Netgear Orbi was. Out of the box, things may look complicated because of the various components to it. However, there is a trifold pamphlet with easy to follow instructions. It was set up within 7 minutes of unboxing.

After all items were connected (one Wifi Router and One Satellite receiver, or extender), the instructions ask you to go to a website. I used my mobile phone, which was a plus for me because I didn't need to go for my computer. My mobile phone was enough to finish setup, which took an additional 3 minutes.
Does it work as advertised?
The product works as advertised. I had previously attempted to use a Linksys WiFi extender, which didn't work out so well for my needs. I have a two story home and my WiFi router is installed upstairs, where I game. I needed an extension to my kitchen area, downstairs, in what used to be a garage. There are plenty of think walls for signal to get to my kitchen. However, I installed the second satellite (serves as an extender) next to my kitchen area and it worked like a charm. The signal strength picked up with full WiFi bars and I was able to stream Netflix and all other video streaming services that I subscribe too.
Overall, I am extremely happy to have received this product and I don't think I can ever go back to not having something like this around.

For a long time now, I have wanted to get a bagless vacuum specifically for pets. I've had my previous vacuum, one that requires a bag, for over 8 years. I didn't quite trust bagless vacuums but after finding this Bissell that was for pets, I decided it was a good time to try it out.
I own an indoor cat and an outdoor dog that's allowed to come in at night. I first tested out the vacuum in the room where the dog sleeps when he is indoors, which is actually just a closet. Visually, I couldn't tell that the dog was shedding inside. After using the vacuum, I was amazed at how much hair it had picked up after a few passes. I moved on to the living room, where the cat frequents. Again, I immediately noticed how much hair was being picked up as well as dirt. Compared to my old vacuum, this is a big jump in technology and as an indoor pet owner, it has converted me to trust bagless vacuums.
The compartment is large enough that I don't have to dump it out too often if I do the occasional room. I'd like it a little larger, but it's not much to complain about for my needs. The additional tools for hard to reach areas make it a breeze to vacuum the stairs. The cord plug itself is just right for all my house connections and doesn't interfere much. Overall, I am glad to own another Bissell product, the first being a carpet washer. It's quickly becoming a trusted home brand amongst my family.

Destiny is the only console game that has held its replay-ability over the last two year AND STILL going strong. Destiny is the flagship games for consoles. It is by far, a MUST HAVE for ANY console player. I'm fixing to buy this as a gift and a few more for starting friends. The game is honestly the best game to come home to every night.
There is so much to do in Destiny, it'll seem overwhelming at first. The Xbox controller has an auxiliary port. You can connect the headset using that auxiliary port directly without the Super AMP. The sound will come through and work.

Is It easy to connect for streaming on OBS?
Yes, it is. I use OBS and an ELGATO when capturing footage from my PS4. The problem I have when I connect a headset is that the audio cuts off and won't be heard by OBS. Through the Super Amp, the PS4 audio will come to your headset but the PS4 will still send out audio to the ELGATO. It's a neat solution to that problem, if you are willing to put up with all the cables that you will have to run (but that are all included).

Is it possible to have a separate modem for gaming on a PS4 system, than the modem that I already have set up for the rest of the household? I have satellite Internet service, and unfortunately there is considerable lag.
If you mean to have 2 modems by two different companies, yes, that is possible. However, this is a modem that works only for one ISP at a time. You can plug a router to it, but it wouldn't solve the issue of the lag that happens when gaming via satellite internet. That is a persistent issue that can't be solved because of the way that the internet arrives to your location. The only solution would be to change to a non-satellite ISP. I hope there is one in your area.

No. As long as you remember the email and password that you registered your product to, you can reinstall the software to any new computer that you purchase.

So I am new to this. I bought Microsoft Outlook home school and office and it was a one time purchase. Not a one year or two year. My thoughts were I don’t have to renew it all the time that’s why I paid more
That's correct. So long as what you bought isn't the Office 365 service, then you own this software forever. Compatibility updates are included, but when 2020 or other features occur, yours won't update to those unless you buy them as well. With Office 365, the subscription service, you get those services yearly. Don't forget the email you used to activate your product because if you ever need to re-download the software to a different computer, it is attached to that email key.

Can it scan photographs in color so I can print in a colored photo printer later?
Yes, it can. I scanned a very wrinkled certificate award I received from a state-wide competition. The scan appeared in color and I was able to print the colored version to my other printer using card stock, making myself a copy of the award in a crisp new look. Photos should work the same. I have included a picture of my scan (I turned the file into PDF, but jpeg and PNG (both photo files) were also options. Hope this answers your question.

Hello. I recently reviewed this product. This device does not have a microphone, so it cannot record audio. The quality of the images is great but performs poorly in dark rooms. The file formats to choose from are live photo (iPhone), .MP4 (7 second limitation, no audio), and .GIF.
